Along with all our goals to achieve, having a healthy body must be among our top goals.  
In this blog I am going to talk about some habits we all must follow for a healthy body.

We all come across diets and workout routines to follow but, the main problem with us is that we are LAZY!!!

So.. there are some things we can do for our body without even being interrupted by our laziness.

1. Drink a glass of warm water with acv or lemon every morning.

This really helps in cleansing the body. Removes those toxins & helps in weight loss too.

2. Walk as much a you can. 

Try using stairs rather than lift. Go for brisk walking in the morning. I don't even need to list the advantages of walking, it's just great!.

3. Eat whatever you want.. but, in MODERATION!

Don't go on those crazy diets. You should eat whatever you like. Just make sure to eat in moderation. Have small meals throughout the day.

7 EFFECTIVE WAYS TO STOP FOOD CRAVINGS

4. Drink ALOT of water.

This point is mentioned in almost every blog of mine. It is very very very important to stay hydrated. It helps clear out all the toxins from the body. Make sure to drink lots of water everyday and you will see a good difference in your body.

5. Have your last meal as early as possible.

It is even suggested by many experts to have your dinner early. Try to have it by 7 or max 8. It has many benefits. My reason to tell you to have your last meal early is that you will have a gap between your meal & your sleep that can help for better digestion.

6. Try to intake less sugar & oily food.

I know I just mentioned to eat whatever you like above. But, you must try to have control over your sugar and oily food intake. Sugar causes weight gain and oily food contains fat that raises bad cholesterols which is not good for the heart. 

7. Don't be too hard on yourself.

 Don't try to think too hard about the whole healthy body stuff. You will find out what's good for your body and you will work on it. You are a little lazy but you still try to be healthy.. appreciate your efforts. Love yourself.


Try following these habits and you will surely find a difference .. A HEALTHY DIFFERENCE!!

  3. Great post with awesome tips! I used to drink lemon water but I kind of forgot, but I'll start again! And I fully agree with not removing certain foods, just eating less of them is a great way to keep your body healthy!

  4. Love this article! Everything is doable, its a matter of starting and being consistent. Glad that we have early dinners, I am drinking water more often and probably start the lemon therapy in the morning. Cheers!
