6 STEPS TO WAKE UP EARLY WITHOUT FEELING LAZY


Waking up early in the morning is quite a task itself for all.. especially for the lazy people like me!
My bed feels like the best place on the earth in the morning & it's just impossible for me to leave it for at least an hour.

I want to be as productive as I can & therefore waking up early is the most important task for me. 

Its been a while now, that I am doing these steps every morning to wake up early and not feel lazy throughout the day. I hope this helps some of my readers too.

6 STEPS TO WAKE UP EARLY (MY WAY)


1. Alarm is a must

Set an alarm at the exact time you want to wake up. I've tried that "set your alarm 10 min before the time you want to wake up" .. I failed!! Because I end up hitting that snooze button. 
So set up your time and have a ridiculously loud alarm tone.

2. A good sleep is important

Every person knows how much sleep does his/her body needs. For me its about 6 to 7 hours minimum. You can sleep late and wake up early but.. IT WONT WORK!!! You will end up feeling tired and a bit mad all day. To wake up early you must sleep early too.
So if I need to wake up at 7.00 I will try to sleep at or before 12.00 so that I get my minimum sleep.

3. Stand up straight 

As soon as I get up to shut my alarm, I get out of my bed and standup. That's it! I just jump off the bed and stand up!!
It just helps.. I don't knw how but it does.. Give this a try!

4. Make your bed

As soon as I stand up I fold my blanket, set my pillows and make my bed.
Once you see a tidy bed you really don't feel like messing it again. I have really never felt like getting in my bed once I make it.

5. Hydrate  

Drink a glass or two of warm water.. I prefer my ACV with water.. Checkout my healthy morning habits 5 HEALTHY MORNING HABITS to know the benefits of hydration in the morning.

6. To do lists PLEASE!!

This is a major boost of motivation in the morning for me. While I have my ACV water, I write down my tasks for the day. Once I write them down, I feel so energised and set for the day. I don't even think of my bed after this. All I want is to finish my tasks for the day.


That's it!!
These steps have really made it so easy for me to get up early and feel productive all day.
Trust me.. just try these steps for at least a week .. You will notice a good impact of these steps on your mind and on your work.

  3. My name is Elizabeth- I found this by the post on fb group. But it wont let me choose a different name. Anyways. I have SUCH a hard time waking up in the morning until I got this app called Alarmy it makes me do like 20 math questions and I've also added making my bed to my morning routine.
