5 PROMISES TO MAKE TO YOURSELF 


1. YOU are your FIRST PRIORITY

The first promise is to keep yourself on the top of your BIG list of priorities. 
It is OK to let yourself and your feelings back for our loved ones and to make them happy sometimes, being kind is good but DO NOT MAKE IT A HABIT! 
You are responsible for your own happiness and if others aren't happy with it.. it's their look out and not yours to worry.

Remember.. You are not being selfish, it is your right to be your first priority!


2. TURN all the negativity into MOTIVATION

People who de-motivate you by saying that " It's impossible " or "you cannot achieve this"
or "don't dream this big" etc.. Take all their words as a motivation because when they say it's impossible,  it actually means, it's impossible for them and so they try to hold you down.

Always remember.. If you accept the negativity as de-motivation you let them win. 
So just use their no-no's as an energy boost and work hard to prove them all wrong.
Maybe your success inspires them too!

 3. LISTEN to all but take the DECISION YOURSELF

This is kind of a very tricky thing for almost all of us. We have made it a habit to ask for advices or opinions on something we are totally responsible for. This may not seem a huge thing to worry but, this actually causes lack of confidence in ourselves.
We start taking decisions based on the advises people give and stop trusting our own brain. 
I know that sometimes we need to ask people before we decide , just because we are confused or the decisions are quiet critical to take. 
Just don't make it a habit. Listen to the advice people give but make sure to choose and take the decision yourself.


4. YOU are not a loser if you lose.. you are a loser if you GIVE UP!

This is the biggest promise you should make to your self.. "NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS I WILL NEVER GIVE UP " 
I know it is not easy to keep going and it is very easy to just give up.
It gets tough sometimes and we feel like just sitting back and giving up.. But you don't have to give up that easy. You need a break, take a break and then start up with a fresh mind.

 if you ever feel like giving up just ask this to yourself-

"Did I just come this far to give up?"

5. LOVE YOURSELF FIRST
Loving your own self is so important. We just don't care enough for ourselves. We let ourselves down by saying and putting negative things about ourselves in our own mind.
 Is this good?
 Will you ever de-motivate your loved ones like this? 
NO!
Then why do we do this to ourselves?
Compliment yourself everyday. Accept your flaws. Appreciate your efforts.
Give yourself a little treat once in a while. 

IF YOU DON'T LOVE YOURSELF, YOU CANNOT LOVE OTHERS!
IF YOU DON'T HAVE LOVE IN YOU , YOU CANNOT GIVE IT TO OTHERS!

  2. Love this!! Self-love is so important! It’s true that sometimes we are our biggest critiques and our own worst enemies. Being kind to myself and accepting myself flaws and all is something I’m learning to do! Thanks for sharing!
