Morning habits are some tasks you must include in your daily morning routine for a healthy start of the day for your body.
 I have included of these in my morning routine and you should too!

It may sound too much stuff to you, but trust me guys its just something you would do everyday for the sake of your health and not even feel like you are doing something healthy everyday for yourself.

Here are 5 morning habits that may make you feel healthy and boosted up throughout the day.


1.   Drink 2 glasses of warm water after you wake up
      This must be the very first thing TO do in the morning.
After a 6 to 8 hour nap, our body needs hydration, as for a long nap time our body did not consume water. So, drinking water is a quick way to rehydrate our body. 
Also drinking water on an empty stomach helps remove toxins form the body, gives a glowing skin and helps in losing weight too.

2.   Lemon or ACV
      Drinking a glass of water with lemon juice or half a spoon of ACV (apple cider vinegar) or honey has many benefits.
       Lemon juice helps flush out unwanted stuff and helps get digestive system easily in the morning.

 Drink IT at least 30  minutes before breakfast. 

3.   Eat before working out
      YES! Before you start working out, you must eat something as your body needs energy to take all the pressure and work well. Many people just start working out on an empty stomach, that's wrong. You must hydrate and give your body some nutrition before sweating it all out. The best thing to have before workout is fruits, smoothies, oats or yogurt.
Just for a reminder, it is not your breakfast, it is an energy provider to your body before workout.

4.   Workout, walk and yoga
      You must give 20 to 30 minutes of your day to your body, that too in the morning when you can do anything without a hurry. So do some workout or go out for a walk and a little bit of yoga. There you go, make it a daily habit.

5.   Good breakfast
      Yup ! a good breakfast is a healthy habit. Some people just for the sake of dieting or for controlling their food consumption skip their breakfast. They are not doing good but much bad to themselves.
 Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Having a good breakfast in the morning, leaves you feeling full throughout the day & you may not feel so hungry during other meals.
So.. in a way a good breakfast helps you consume food in moderation and makes you fit.
