 5 EXERCISES TO REDUCE ARM FAT (AT HOME)


1. ARM CIRCLES



This exercise is for your triceps, biceps and shoulders.
How to do…
Stand straight and extend your arms to the side at 90 degrees angle to your body.
Start moving your arms in small but fast circular motions.
Do as many rotations as you can then do it in the reverse direction.
Take a break and do it 2 to 3 times more.

2. PUSH-UPS




Everybody knows what a push-up is and how is it done. If done in a correct way, it can help you strengthen your arm muscles and a strong core.
How to do…
Sleep on your stomach, keep your feet together, toes pointed; keep your hands up to your shoulder length apart. Know, only your pointed feet and your hands must be on the ground rest of the body should be straight.
You just have to bend your elbows and your lower body up to an inch or so. Then again keep your elbows straight.
Repeat this. 2 sets of 10 reps are good to go for a beginner.
If you are new to pushups, you can keep your knees to the ground for a few days.

3. TRICEP DIP



This one is for your triceps, shoulders and building arm muscles.
How to do…
You need a chair for this. Sit on the chair , place both your hands on the front corners of the chair and then extend your legs together  forward with your feet touching the ground and then try going down as much as you can and then come up . Repeat. 3sets of 10 reps for this one. Remember to breathe.

4. SCISSORS 



This is an easy one to do.
How to do…
Stand straight; raise both your arms to the sides up to 90 degrees to your body. You have to do it as a scissor opening and closing.
So, bring both your arms in the front forming a scissor and your right hand over your left, then again go to the starting position and again form a scissor but this time your left hand over your right. Repeat this. 3 sets of 12 reps for this one.

5. COUNTER PUSH-UPS



This exercise is a good one for toning your arms.
How to do…
You can do this exercise using your kitchen counter or table but it should be stable.
Face the counter and place both your hands on the counter, gap between your hands should be equal to your shoulder length.
Now move back with your feet, while your hands still on the counter, move until you feel your body leaning forward on tip toes. This is your starting position.
Your body must be straight while the entire exercise. Do pushups as we do normally. 3 sets of 12 for this one

Remember to breathe while working out.
Don’t be hard on yourself. It will take time to get what you want.
Doing these exercises regularly will show you results pretty soon.
