TIPS TO REDUCE AND CONTROL HAIRFALL

1. Try buying products according to your hair type. Always make sure that the products you use on your hair are suitable for your hair type.

2. Keep your scalp clean. Wash your hair as soon as it needs a hair wash. Dirty scalp may cause dandruff which is a cause of hair fall. At least wash your hair twice a week.

3. Don't comb your hair too often. Combing your hair is necessary but too much of combing may weaken your hair from the roots and cause hair fall.

4. While you comb or detangle your hair, don't be too aggressive while doing it. Start combing your hair from the tips and keep combing upwards. Remember to comb gently.

5. If you have dandruff or lice issues, quickly use an anti-lice or anti-dandruff shampoo. If problem persists, visit hair experts and follow their recommendation.

6. Be easy on your hair while styling it, using heat products. It will damage your hair and also cause weak follicles and cause hair fall as you pull your hair too much while heat styling and teasing.

7. Try to avoid tight hair styles. Tight ponytails and buns can cause stress on your hair roots and loosen the hair from the roots and cause hair fall.

8. Don't stress too much! Stressing is one of the main reasons of hair fall. So, relax and stop stressing about every problem as it will do nothing but affect your health and your hair health.

9. Massage your scalp with oil once a week. Oiling is the solution to mostly every hair problem. There are many oils which help strengthening hair roots and help reduce hair fall.

10. Don't comb wet hair and avoid sleeping in wet hair too. Hair is very fragile and can break easily when its wet. So, comb your hair after its a little dry and try not to sleep until your hair is completely dry.

11. Hydrate your hair by drinking enough fluids and at least drink the recommended amount of water. If your hair does not get enough hydration, it will soon get dry and easy to break.

12. Have a proper diet, which involves protein and other necessary nutrients for healthy hair. Try including fruits and vegetables which are full of vitamins and minerals necessary for good hair.
