1. CLEANSE, BUT IN A LIMIT

Washing your face once a day, is not enough for keeping your skin clean throughout the day. But, cleansing too much is also not a good habit.
You should not keep on washing your face every time you find it a little oily or as soon as you go out or come back. It’s not good. Washing your face a lot can make your skin dry. If you wash it like almost 6 to 7 times a day you will lose you natural oils that maintain that moisture in your skin.
Washing your face twice or thrice a day is enough.

2. DON’T BE TOO HARSH

Many people cleanse their skin in a harsh way. While using a scrub on their face, they do it with allot of pressure. You should be easy on your skin, scrub without being too harsh because it can cause irritation and inflammation. Be nice to your skin, scrub gently.
Also after cleansing don’t just rub that towel harshly to dry off. Pat towel on your skin to dry without being harsh.

3. CHOOSE CORRECTLY

This tip is about the products you use on your skin.
Choose the correct product firstly. Don’t just go for the fragrance or the big brand names or great advertisements.
Choose products according to what your skin needs, look for products which are less on chemicals and more on natural ingredients.

4. KNOW YOUR SKIN TYPE

It’s very important that you take care of your skin according to what it actually needs and not on what others do. Everyone has a different skin type, so it is important to do what’s best for your skin.
Some have dry skin, while others may have oily and some just neutral. So it’s better if you use products which work for your skin type.

In order to show care towards your skin, you must keep in mind that you must not use too many products. As this may cause harm rather than cure. It also points on the makeup. Too much of anything is harmful. So, just use the right products in moderation and sometimes just wash your skin and let it breathe.

6. CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE WITH CHANGE IN WEATHER

9. HYDRATE

Yes guys, hydration is the most important tip.
Drink a lot of water. Not drinking enough water can lead to dehydration, which is a reason for dry skin and other skin issues. Hydration helps in keeping the skin moist, soft and glowing. Drinking adequate amount of water also helps keeping your skin clear. Some people say drinking water and skincare has no connection, but let’s take it this way, drinking enough water helps get rid of body and skin toxins. At least drink 8 to 10 glasses of water.

10. EAT RIGHT

Try not to eat oily food,  make sure to not have much of that as it causes skin problems specially on the face.
Also, don’t have too much of spicy food, that too leads to acne. In short, eat right here refers to cutting off on oily and spicy foods. Also a lot of junk food and processed foods can also be a reason for skin problems.
