Everybody wants a fit and healthy body. Summer is all about going on holidays, wearing casuals and having fun. One doesn’t have to head to the gym or follow crazy diets or stay hungry in order to get a fit body. Here I  share 5 TIPS TO STAY FIT IN SUMMER .  These  tips are easy to follow , make sure to share these tips with all your close ones. These tips are for both men and women.
BEFORE WE START , ITS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW THAT STAYING FIT AND HEALTHY DOESN’T MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO LOOK SKINNY OR HAVE ABS .

 NO! NO! NO!
 HAVING A FIT AND HEALTHY BODY MEANS STAYING ACTIVE BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY , ALSO IT REFERS TO YOU FEELING FIT FROM INSIDE AND THAT TOO WITHOUT FORCING YOUR BODY TO STAY HUNGRY OR LOOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT.

5 TIPS TO STAY FIT IN SUMMER


1. HYDRATE

Drink as much water as you can. Your body won’t ask you for some water , you are the in charge of giving your body what it needs. To stay hydrated is what your body needs the most to perform any work. Always carry a water bottle  wherever you go as it will get you into a habit of drinking water frequently .
Now… hydration just doesn’t stay up to sipping water. You must drink fluids throughout the day. It can be any fluid.
Coconut water-  Early morning walks can be finished by hydrating your body with some coconut water
Cut down on too much of tea or coffee or processed food as they are low on water content and also dehydrate body fast.
Dairy products like curd buttermilk and lassi are a big YES in order to hydrate the body and these also cool your body down.
Seasonal fruits and vegetables are great for hot days. Fruits like watermelon, oranges, cucumber lychees and more that are full of water and are citric are a win win in summer.

2. EAT RIGHT EAT LIGHT

Having a balanced diet is very important. As one might say… YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT so make sure you eat keeping the health in mind.
Lets be real, cutting off junk is not an easy task for any one. Who want to eat a plate of salad if you have an option of French fries.  So some tricks that might help you get control over these junk foods are,
Eat your meals in parts
That means instead of having 3 meals a day (BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER) have 5 to 6 meals. Have the same amount of food you have everyday but in smaller portions.
Before stepping out of your house, make sure to eat something.  So when you are out you might not feel that hungry to eat something junky.
Reward yourself once a week with your favorite  junk  food to maintain that satisfaction of junk food need of yours.
Try making these junk foods at home in a healthy way if you are craving a lot.
AN IMPORTANT TIP, DO NOT MISS YOUR BREAKFAST. IT KEEPS YOUR TUMMY FULL THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND YOU MAY NOT FEEL TO EAT MUCH THE WHOLE DAY.

3. EXERSISE

To stay fit, a little workout is necessary. For many of you like me, who are just to lazy to go to the gym or are super busy that they have no time to head to the gym and workout, here are some easy tips and exercises that may help you sweat it out and also help you stay fit and toned without heading towards the gym.

Its better to workout as soon as you wake up. This way it might not need to change your schedule of the whole day and doing it the first thing in the morning can boost in your system and you may feel active the whole day.
Exercise for just 15 to 20 minutes. The aim is to stay fit and a 15 to 20 min workout is enough on a regular base to achieve your goal.
Keep increasing your sets every second day. This will improve your speed in doing any particular workout and also it will help you set an even higher goal .
Do it the way you like it! Make workout fun. Play some music dance a little and get going

4. GOOD AND ENOUGH SLEEP

No matter how well you do in a day but if you don’t get enough sleep, you are probably the one responsible to ruin your mood the next day you wake up.
We all hate that feeling of waking up and still feeling sleepy but of course we can’t because we have to get our work done. In this generation, we all have put up a habit of staying awake late night and that is likely the reason for waking up in the bad mood. So one of the tips to stay fit is to get an enough sleep of  about 7 to 8 hours.
How is this related to staying fit?
Our body needs food when hungry, water when thirsty in the same way sleep after a long hectic and busy day. If our body is not given enough time to relax all the muscles and calm down it will probably be seen the next day in our mood swings and laziness.
SO …. A GOOD SLEEP IS A MUST!!!!


5. BYE STRESS!

See, all we do these days is keep stressing about things. Stressing about things means to over think , over analyze, and take too much tension about stuff that may or may not be bothering to you. We take a lot of stress about studies,  work, career , money , family , life , and future. It isn’t easy for anyone to just take it out of our mind and let go.
 Try Meditation 5 minutes every day to calm yourself .
Talk to your close ones about stuff that’s bothering you.
Keep trying to stay positive as much as you can.
Stand in front of the mirror, smile and say I am strong.
